Different companies have different order minimums. You can order smaller quantities (less than 12 pieces) however decoration will be subject to a higher cost.

Depending on the company and logo approvals, lead time can be anywhere from 3-4 weeks.

Once the order is decorated, it is non-returnable.

It depends on the decoration. Embroidery is a .DST file and screen printing is a vector file. If you have a logo in another file, you may send it and we can convert it into an acceptable file for a minimal cost.
